MELTEM ÇIPLAK NAYIR was born in Bafra in 1974 as one of the two children of İbrahim Ethem Çıplak and Zuhal Çıplak. After completing his primary and secondary education here, he graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Ankara University in 1997. She has been working in her own clinic for twenty five years. She has been married to Uğur Nayır since 1999. She writes plays and does dubbing.
