The International Istanbul Book Fair, organized by TÜYAP Fair Organization Group, is celebrating its 40th edition this year and is considered one of the oldest and most eagerly awaited literary events in Turkey. The main theme of the fair for this special year, which coincides with the 100th anniversary of the Republic, is “Long Live the Republic”. This year’s honored author is Prof. Dr. Nermin Abadan Unat, a pioneer who has contributed to the development of communication sciences in Turkey.
Around 1,000 publishing houses and non-governmental organizations will participate in this nostalgic event, which will take place at TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center from October 28 to November 5, 2023.
