The Amazingly Weird World of Gumball returns with new episodes in February 2026 on Cartoon Network. The Amazingly Weird World of Gumball, which achieved a remarkable success with a 100 percent Rotten Tomatoes rating, will premiere brand new episodes on Cartoon Network and HBO Max in February 2026.

Gumball and his family are poised to captivate fans with their zany humor, heartwarming moments, and original music that revitalize Elmore. The new stories bring to life moments where family chaos escalates to hilarious levels, the schoolyard’s everyday life becomes increasingly bizarre, and the characters face ever-more-absurd situations.

In the new season, viewers will follow Gumball as he embarks on the most challenging bike ride of his life, Darwin’s unexpected transformation into a power-hungry witch, the comical struggles for a bizarre prom invitation, Elmore’s mysterious diaries, epic party preparations, and absurd surprises.

Fans of the series will also watch as Anais grapples with the “premature aging” issue of stress, Nicole joins forces with Yuki on Career Day, and Richard comes up with mind-bending solutions to cope with the heat.

Elmore High School will be taken to a whole new level again, with many unusual events awaiting viewers this season, from Carrie battling a malicious guidance counselor to dark yet comical journeys into the underworld. Episodes will also be diverse, with creative parodies of cult classics, April Fools’ Day pranks, and sketch-style stories exploring the secret lives of the residents of Elmore.

Record-Breaking Success

Gumball’s return to Cartoon Network in October has become a cultural phenomenon. The new episodes have propelled the series to become the #1 kids and family brand among Cartoon Network shows by 2025. The series has attracted 54 million viewers on linear streaming, garnered over 150 million organic social media views in just 10 days, and generated 28 million social interactions.

Gumball continues its success, reaching 16 billion total views on Cartoon Network channels on YouTube (1.8 billion of which were watched in 2025 alone).

Internationally, the series has ranked #1 in its timeslot in numerous markets, #2 in Turkey, Portugal, and Singapore, and in the top four in Japan. On HBO Max, it has also become the #1 Kids & Family show in all international markets.
